Hi, I'm Fiona, the Senior Support Coordinator here at Focused on Care, operating from our Brisbane office in Eight Mile Plains. I have been working in the disability sector for over 10 years with 6 years as a dedicated support coordinator. I also have lived experience as the parent of a child on the scheme, I feel this gives me better insight into some of the frustrations that can come from working within the ever-changing NDIS space.

I look forward to meeting you and discussing support options. If you choose to engage with us, I believe I can help by assisting you to understand and utilise your NDIS plan, research and connect you with quality providers, build your confidence in managing your supports and assisting with any problem solving should the need arise.

ABOUT FOCUSED ON CARE

We are not new to this

Focused On Care was established in 2018 by Gavin Dunlop in Toowoomba, our QLD head office. For over seven years, we have been providing quality NDIS, NIISQ, and DVA services across Queensland, from Roma to Brisbane.

Kempsey is now our NSW head office, and we are bringing the same approach to the Macleay Valley community: consistent support worker matching, weekly stakeholder meetings, and a genuine commitment to helping participants get more from their supports.

We provide services across Northern NSW, the Mid North Coast, and the North Coast of NSW, as well as South East and South West Queensland, with offices in Kempsey, Toowoomba, Brisbane, and Warwick.
